Based on reccord review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that they stored a poisonous cleaning compound under their kitchen which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to revewiew the section cited and submit a signed written statement acknowledging they understand the California Code of Regulation (CCR) above. Licensee is to email the LPA by POC due date of 2/7/25.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licenee did not have an LIC 995 on file for a child in care listed on the LIC 857 - Child file review section which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to submit a completed LIC 995 for the child listed on the child file review form LIC857 by the POC due date of 2/7/25. LIcensee will email the completed for to LPA via email.
