Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential health risk to the children in care. During the staff file review the LPA was unable to review current immunization records or TB clearance for S1, S3 and S4.
Resolution: Licensee understands all staff must have immunizations and TB clearances on file and available for review. Licensee agrees to obtain current immunizations or TB for S1, S3 and S4 on or by POC of 10-15-2024. S3 and S4 were not present during inspection, however, they are regular drop in staff.
Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an potential health risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review the LPA was unable to review current immunization records for C1 and C2.
Resolution: Licensee understands all children must have immunizations on file and available for review. If a child is on a delayed schedule it must be documented and on file. Licensee agrees to obtain current immunizations or a Doctor’s note for C1 and C2 on or by 10-15-2024.
