Resolution: Marlita & Calvin Stalcup will sign up on line for the Mandated Reporter Training class. Marlita Stalcup will email Licensing Program Analyst, Deborah Khashe a copy of course certificate of completion by the Proof of Correction Date 10/11/25.

Resolution: Marlita Stalcup will call and see who has an opening for CPR as soon as possible and will call Resouce Connection or Fire Dept in Sonora. Merlita Stalcup will sign up on-line for the Mandated Reporter Training on line for herself and Calvin Stalcup. Merlita Stalcup will email LPA Khashe copy of CPR completion by Proof of Correction due date of 10/11/25.
