Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA observed a wicker basket located underneath a canopy in the backyard. Inside the basket, LPA observed with Licensee Robin multiple glass alcohol bottles. The basket was not secured and was accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure that all alcohol and hazardouse items are kept locked and inaccessible to children at all times.
