Based on observation during the tour of the inspection LPA observed accessible cleaning products in the on limits restroom. The cleaning products were in a cabinet under the sink with no safety latch attached. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure all Poisons, detergents, and cleaning compounds are inaccessible to children in care. Licensee will provided declaration stating will install garage door lock by 4/5/25 and will provide an in-service training with the topic discussed and list of attendees by POC Due Date via email.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having a fire extinguisher serviced or newly purchased within the last year which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provided proof of serviced or newly purchased fire extinguisher to LPA by POC due date via email.
