Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The licensee failed to maintain the mesh pool/spa fence in good repair which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agrees to submit a plan of correction on how she will ensure making the in ground pool and spa inaccessible to children in care. The plan of correction shall be submitted to CCLD on or before 11/17/2023. A Civil Penalty was assessed.

The licensee failed to maintain the bottom and sides of the mesh pool/spa fence within Division 1, Appendix Chapter 4 of the 1994 Uniform Building Code which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agrees to submit a plan of correction on how she will ensure making the in ground pool and spa inaccessible to children in care. The plan of correction shall be submitted to CCLD on or before 11/17/2023.
