Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that several baby powder bottles and other poisons/toxins were in the on-limit bathroom under the sink with a "Call Poison Control Center" label which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the poisons/toxins immediately from the bathroom and placed items in an off-limit area behind a key lock. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement of understanding regarding the above regulation and provide proof of Plan of Correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on or before the POC due date.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Licensee did not have a current roster with five of the children's information that were present during today's inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to update the Child Care Facility Roster with all the required information of enrolled children and provide proof of Plan of Correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on or before the POC due date.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not have an LIC9227 on file during todays inspection. The infant was last in care during this week. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a completely filled out LIC9227 no later than the POC due date. A copy was provided to the licensee during todays inspection.

There was an adult observed taking care of children when LPA walked in. This adult has not completed their fingerprinting process and are still in a "in process" status. Additionally, a second adult who is currently not residing in the home is also showing up "in process". This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety to children in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to send the two adults showing up "in process" back to get their fingerprints updated and cleared before working with or being around the children. Additionally, licensee agrees to submit an updated LIC279 including any new residents of the home and excluding any individuals who no longer reside in the home.
