Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review, the LPA was unable to review an LIC 627 Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment (LIC627) for C2.

(C) A signed consent form for emergency medical treatment unless the child's authorized representative has signed the statement specified in Section 101220(f).

(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities.
