Based on record review and interview conducted with licensee Potter, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she will obtain a mandated reporter training certificate that adheres to AB1207 and give it to LPA Tate by the POC due date via text or email.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee initially completed the Mandated Reporter training on 11/11/17, but has not renewed the training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will complete the required AB 1207 Mandated Reporter training, and submit proof of completion to CCL by POC due date.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a fire drill has not been conducted since February 2021, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will conduct a fire drill, document the date and time as required, and provide documentation to CCL by POC due date.
