Based on observation,the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the fence that encloses the play area was not durable, therefore children had access to the backyard that had hazardous items which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will replace fence to ensure children do not have access to the rest of the backyard and send updated pictures to LPA by 2/14/2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that infant enrolled did not have 15 minute sleep documentation which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will submit a weeks worth of 15 minute check for the one infant enrolled in care to LPA via email by 02/14/2025.
