Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C5 was using a bassinet which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed C5 from bassinet once LPA G. Hernandez informed them of the regulation. Licensee stated they will ensure to have a play yard or crib for each infant enrolled. Licensee will send proof to LPA via email confirming they have placed another play yard or crib at the FCCH for C5.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C3 was sleeping in the room identified "room #1" with the door partially closed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will review infant safe sleep regulations. Licensee will send email to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 06/30/2025 confirming they have read and understand safe sleep regulations.
