Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that cleaning items are stored in an upper bathroom cabinet that are accessible to children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The cabinet does not have a lock and LPA observed school age children present during inspection.

Resolution: Licensee will place cleaning items behind a key-lock to ensure they are inaccessible to all children enrolled. Licensee will send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 03/10/2026.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C9 was seeping with blanket which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed blanket from play yard once LPA advised them of the regulation. Both Licensee's will review infant safe sleep regulations and send statement of understanding to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 03/10/2026.

Resolution: Licensee will send a plan of operation regarding the sleeping arrangements for infants in care. Licensee will submit plan to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 03/10/2026

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that infant in care (C4) was placed in the car seat once they fell asleep which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed C4 from the car seat after LPA informed them of the regulation. Both Licensee's will review infant safe sleep regulations and submit email to email confirming they have read and understand all safe sleep regulations. Licensee will submit to LPA via email by 04/03/2025.

Resolution: Licensee will submit complete 15 minute sleep logs for both infants enrolled to confirm they are documenting sleep checks correct. Licensee will submit by to LPA via email by 04/03/2025.
