Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee last completed emergency drill on 04/03/2024 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will conduct an emergency drill with children in care and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 05/07/2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee's CPR expired 03/22/2025 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will register for CPR course by 05/02/2025 and send proof to LPA confirming they have registered for a valid CPR course. Once certificate is obtained, Licensee will to send proof to LPA via email.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Assistant (S2) did not have all required immunization on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will submit complete immunization record for assisant (S2) to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 05/07/2025.
Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C2 did not have LIC9227 form (Individual Infant Sleeping Plan) on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will obtain signed LIC9227 and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 05/07/2025.
