Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee last completed emergency drill over 6 months ago which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will conduct an emergency drill with children in care and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 04/30/2025.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee was not documenting sleep check every 15 minutes which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will send a weeks’ worth of complete 15 minute sleep documentation for all infants in care to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 04/30/2025.
