Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee did not have a pool alarm which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee states they will install pool alarm and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 01/12/2026.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the safey equipment (rescue hook, 12 ft. pole, life ring) were not easily accessible which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee states they will hang all items on the wall by the pool (rescue hook, 12 ft pole, life ring) and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 01/12/2026.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee and 2 staff members only had documentation of Basic CPR on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated they will register for correct CPR course that includes Pediatric CPR/First Aid and send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 01/12/2026. Licensee will also send a certificate once course has been completed.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee did not have a current roster on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The roster on file was not up to date. Per Licensee, only 6 children enrolled and roster did not reflect the correct amount of children enrolled.

Resolution: Licensee stated the will send updated roster to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 01/12/2026

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in C1 and C3 did not have sleep logs, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit a sleep log for C3 by 4/28/2023. Sleep log not requested for C1 due to recently turning 2 years old. Sleep log to include: Date, Infant’s name, Time of each 15-minute check.
