Resolution: Licensee removed the pillows while LPA was present. Licensee stated they will send statement confirming they have read and understand infant safe sleep regulations. Licensee will submit to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by end business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 12/09/2025.
