Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that staff were engaged in other activities while supervising napping children, as described in LIC 809, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one child was present who had not been signed in and nine children were present who had been signed in on the wrong date which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
