Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above her assistant have not taken the Mandated Reporter Training since 2021, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee assistant will take the required training by the POC date of 02/26/24. Licensee will submit proof/copy of training certificates to CCLD by the POC due date of 02/21/2024.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Assistant did not have finger print clearance which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assistant agreed to submit live scan finger prints within 24-48 hrs (03/24/2023). Assistant understands she can not be present in the home until she obtains clearance.
