Based on staff interviews staff corroborate that on more than one occasion the nap mats in the toddler room did not have enough space to walk between them and were sometimes touching. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
Based on staff interviews the preschool has had more than 15 children, and up to 20 children in care on more than one occasion with one qualified teacher and 1 or two aides that do not hold units in Early Childhood Education. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
