Based on record review, one water outlet tested exceeded the allowed 5.5 ppb, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

A teacher shall supervise no more than 14 children or with an aide a maximum of 28 children. This requirement has not been met by evidence: An interview revealed that a class was left out of ratio when a staff followed another child to prevent them from leaving the facility. This is considered as an immediate risk to the children in care.
