Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed a thorn bush accesible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee advised that she would trim the thorn bush and put a wire fencing barricade to prevent the children from accessing it. LPA will return to observe correction.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensees mandatated reporter training was expired as of January 2026 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee advised that she would complete the mandatated reporter training on line at Mandataedreporterca.com. Licensee advised she would email mandated reporter training and keep copy of certificate in her file.
