Based on record reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having current TB clearance on assistant that has been working at the facility for over 30 days which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider stated that she will ensure that assistant obtain a current TB clearance before coming back to work. Provider Antonia told LPA that she will send a copy of the TB clearance to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having assistant pick up children from school by herself without 1st Aid/CPR certification which poses potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider stated that she will ensure to have staff take the required 1st Aid/CPR training before accepting her back to work at the facility. Provider will send a copy of certificate to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
