Resolution: Licensee stated that they will ensure all files have the LIC700, LIC627, LIC995, LIC282, LIC9150, as well as proof of enrollment in school in lieu of immunization records, for all children and submit proof to the San Diego Regional Care Office, (SDRO) by 05/16/2025.
