Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in staff #1 is has been working at the facility for three weeks and is not associated to the this facility which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Josue Lovera, stated that staff is fingerprint cleared and he will ensure to associate her to this facility immediately. Josue will ensure to remove staff #1 until is associated to this facility. Josue will send a written statement to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) advising that he had read and understood section cited.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not renewing the required 1st Aid/CPR certification that has been expired since 2023 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Josue Lovera stated that he will ensure to take the required 1st Aid/CPR training and will send a copy to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of two infant records did not have the required LIC-9227 Individual Infant Sleeping Plan which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Josue Lovera stated that he will ensure to locate the LIC-9227 for child and send a copy to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
