Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not documenting infant sleeping in a log which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider stated that she will ensure to document in a log the times infant starts napping and check and document every 15 minutes checks. Provider Mireya will send a copy of the log to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having the required Individual Infant Sleeping Plan (LIC-9227) for the infant in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Mireya Leckwold told LPA that she will ensure to fill out for LIC-9227 together with child's parent and will send a copy of the completed plan to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
