Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not renewing the Mandated Reporter trainings as required every two years and was last taken on the year 2018 . Assistant has not taken the AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Claudia stated that she will ensure to obtain current AB-1207 Mandated Reporter certificate and send a copy to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having current 1st Aid/CPR certification. Provider certificate expired on 9/2021. Assistant has not taken the required 1st Aid/CPR training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Claudia told LPA that she will ensure to take the required AB-1207 Mandated Reporter Training and send a copy of current certificate to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
