Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by installing a water fountain and being accessible to the children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider stated that she will work on immediately barricade the water fountain. Provider stated that she will send an email to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) notifying exactly how they are going to barricade the fountain and make it inaccessible to children.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as evidenced by not having a Safe Sleep Log in charts for agency review, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will submit proof to the Agency by 05/26/2023 that she is documenting when and how children under 24-months of age are sleeping in the Safe Sleep Log and maintain this log in all charts for chidlren who are 24-months and under
Based on record review and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the licensee does not have an up-to-date Mandated Reporter Certificare, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
