Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that infant #1 (I1) and Infant #2 (I2) were found sleeping together in a fenced area on the ground with sleeping pads that had blankets and a pillow, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that they would setup seperate pack and plays for infants that need them and submit a photo as proof of correction to the SDRO by 10/30/2025.
