Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in allowing an uncleared adult reside in a motorhome parked in the off limits backyard which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Hermila Flores, stated that she will ensure to remove adult residen from the motorhome effective today and will ensure to get him fingerprinted. Hermila will send a written statement to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCR) advising her plan to ensure unclear person is removed from premises.
