Based on interview, record review, the licensee and assistant did not comply with the section cited above in by not having current AB1207 Mandated Reporter Training Certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee's expired on 1/26/2025 and Assistant's expired on 1/17/2025. Licensee stated her and her assitant will complete the training and submit proof to the Department no later than 5/9/2025.
