Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having pool fenced in place according to regulatios which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee Joana Cole stated that she will place auditory devices on all windows and doors withing 24 hours and will send a written statement with the supervision plan she will have in place until the pool gets fenced according to the regulations. Joana stated that she will start getting quates for fencing and will notify the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) via emai by 06/09/2025, with information when fence will be completed.
