Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a spray bottle of cleaning solution in bathroom cabinet, laundry detergent in laundry room, cans of paint on side of house, and a plant with thorns in backyard were not made inaccessible, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed cleaning soultion and made laundry room inaccessible during course of inspection. Licensee stated that paint cans and plant will be made inaccessible or will be removed by 05/05/2022, and that backyard will be off-limits until corrections are made.
