Resolution: Licensee Dalia Aragon stated that she will ensure to secure the playground structure to the ground and will send pictures of the corrections to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above one out of one infant sleeping long was not complete which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Dalia Aragon stated that she will ensure to resume documenting the sleeping time every 15 minutes on each infant under 24 months. Licensee stated that she will send copies of the documented sleeping log to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
