Staff interviews indicated that they have not been unfriendly towards children, nor have they witnessed other staff display unfriendly demeanor towards children. Staff also disclosed that there is one child in particular that responds in a positive manner to a more firm pat on the back, this is soothing to the child, according to staff. Children's interviews revealed that teachers are nice and that they like when teachers pat their back, some children did not understand the questions and were unable to give a stable response. Children denied being pinched by teachers or being forced to sleep. Staff interviews indicated that they have not been unfriendly towards children, nor have they witnessed other staff display unfriendly demeanor towards children. Staff indicated that children are not forced to sleep but will be given an activity on the their mat if they choose not to sleep.
