Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review the LPA was only able to review sleep logs for C1 dated for November. Licensees stated current sleep logs are not available for C1.
Resolution: Licensee understands all children under the age of 24 months must have sleep logs on file and available for review. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement of understanding of the regulation. Safe Sleep regulations were provided during this inspection
