LPA observed during file review the facility was not cited for an exceedence of lead in 2023. LPA observed on 1/13/23 it was stated on the LIC 809 report there was an exceedenace of lead on outlet L-drinking fountain. LPA cited today 10/30/25. The facility showed proof of a follow-up lead testing 11/13/23 which showed no exceedances. The facility also showed all written directives completed. LPA will clear the POC today.
