Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Staff 1 (S1) did not have a current Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification available to review. Also Staff 2 (S2) did not have proof of completion of Mandated Reporter Training or proof of immunization against Measles, Pertussis, and Influenza. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Facility will submit proof (copies) of completion of an EMSA approved Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification for S1. Facility will also submit proof of completion of Mandated Reporter Training that meets the requirements of AB 1207 for S2. Facility will also submit S2's proof of immunization against Measles, Pertussis, and Influenza. All of the above items will be submitted to the Department by the POC due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses/posed a potential health, safety risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to complete Mandated reporter by POC date and send a copy of the certificate to LPA.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 Infant sleep logs. Licensee has infant in view at all times, checks are just not documented as required, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to read PIN 20-24-CCP and impliment the sleep log immediately. Licensee will send LPA a letter verifying the PIN has been read and the log has been implimented by POC date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 infants do not have a sleep plan on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licesee agrees to have resposible party complete the sleep plan and send a copy to LPA by POC date.
