To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidence by LPA Wisehart’s observation and interviews S1 was present at work on 1/21/22 while ill and witness interviews support staff do not consistently wear masks. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
