Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing assistant's file, LPA did not observed the required Mandated Reporter Training certificate that is required. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have the assistant complete the required training and submit a copy of the certificate to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 7/31/2023.
