Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing facility documents, the last drill recorded was on 4/4/2025. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a fire/disaster drill, log it, and submit a copy of the log to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 11/7/2025.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival Licensee advised that they were closed with no children present and none scheduled to arrive however, about 5 minutes after the LPAs left the premises two children arrived and minutes after that a third child was dropped off as well. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a written statement as to how they will ensure compliance with the cited regulation section. Statement to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 11/7/2025.

In reviewing administration files, the licensee and their assistant had not renewed their Mandated Reporter Training, as required. Last training was completed on 9/23/2023. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA toured the outside playground and observed dog feces on the yard/grass. At the time of the inspection, the children had not been oustide yet. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to clean up the back yard prior to allowing children to play outdoors. Licensee agrees to submit pictures of the outdoor playground and a plan on how to maitain the outdoor free from any items that could pose a danger to children in care.
