Resolution: Licensee agrees to purchase a new fire extinguisher and submit proof of purchase to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 9/24/2025.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to have their assistant renew the required training and submit proof of completion to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 9/30/2025.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In touring the facility LPA observed Comet cleaner and loose plastic bags, in the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. There were no locking mechanism or latch to prevent children from having access to those items. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the items during the inspection and agrees to submit a written plan as to how they will remain in compliance with the cited regulation section. Plan to be submitted to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 9/24/2025.

LPA toured the back yard and observed the play structure with dirt and dust as previously observed during a visit conducted on 10/19/2021. Resolution: Licensee agrees to clean/wash out all the dirt and dust off of the play structure prior to allowing children to play on it. Licensee also agrees to submit pictures, as proof, to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 10/21/2022.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an adult (Dalila Reyes) at the facility. According to the licensee , they had been assisting at the facility on a few occasions within the last few weeks. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to have staff live scanned as early as today (10/13/2022) and submit proof to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 10/14/2022. Along with that, licensee agrees to submit a plan on how she will remain in compliance with the cited regulation.
