Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The facility had an alarm that meet the standard however it is not built to be placed inside the pool as required by the legislation. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to purchase an alarm that meets all requirements as written in the legislation and submit proof to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 12/19/2025.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's assistant did not renew the required mandated reporter training. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to have her assistant complete the required training and submit a copy of the certificate to the Riverside Child Care Regional office by 3/15/2024.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing children files, child #6 and child #7, did not have the Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment form (LIC 627) signed by the parent/authorized representative. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to have parents/authorized representative(s) signed the required form(s) and submit a copy of the completed forms to the Riverside Child Care Regional office by 3/15/2024.
