Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to the last disaster drill being conducted on 10/16/24 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee shall conduct a fire/disaster drill and submit copy of drill log to CCL by POC date of 12/5/25. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.

Based on file review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to her assistant being at the FCCH alone with 4 children in care, and the assistants CPR/First Aid certificate expired on 7/15/25 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: The Licensee will submit proof of a a completed CPR/First Aid training certificate to LPA for her assistant by email, fax, text or or mail by 12/5/25.
