Based on observation during the inspection, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to 1 infant being asleep in a carseat which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will review the safe sleep regulations found in Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, Article 06, Section 102425 (Infant Safe Sleep) and submit a statement to LPA Plumboy both licensees read, review, and understand the infant safe sleep regulations. Licensees may reach out to LPA Plumboy for any clarification needed regarding any regulations. LPA Plumboy printed a copy of the safe sleep regulations and provided them to the licensees. The statement has a POC date of 1/28/26.

Resolution: Training can be found at mandatedreporterca.com. The licensees must complete the mandated reporter training by 3/8/23 and submit to LPA by email or mail.
