Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During record review, LPA did not observe an in person CPR & 1st Aid certificate. Per assistant she did not know that class had to be in person. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Staff will renew in person CPR & 1st Aid certificate and submit proof via email by POC due date of 10/11/2023.
