Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee and staff #1 did not have proof of current CPR & 1st Aid. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, all staff is registered for a CPR & 1st Aid 01/21/23.Per Licensee will email copy to LPA by POC due date of 02/02/23.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Per Licensee, she got confused on the date and thought Child #4 had turned 2 already and didn't realize infant turns 2 next week. Licensee stated that she also had an assistant call out and there is usually always 2 adults. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, has a sub list and will make arrangements to always have 2 adults present with children when there is 2 or more infants. Licensee will submit sub list to LPA with schedules by 1/20/23.
