Based on LPA Calderon observed a fire extinguisher, service tag dated May 17,2024, picture taken, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] fire extinguisher was not serviced annually, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will get fire extinguisher serviced and send picture to LPA Calderon by poc due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee does not have proof of a ESMA provided CPR & 1st Aid training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee will retake CPR & First Aid class with an provided ESMA trainer and provide proof via email by POC due date of 03/16/23.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. When LPA asked to see the files of the 2 children being care for on the above date, Licensee stated that she currenlty has no children's files which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee will obtain children's files. Licensee will submitt a photo by POC due date of 03/02/23 via email. LPA will make a referral to TSP where Licensee stated she will like to join.
