Based on LPA Calderon observation at 10:30am jacuzzi has latches that can be opened by pushing latch inwards and up , unlatching latches, jacuzzi is found in off limit yard, jacuzzi was not locked to make inaccessible to children in care, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] jacuzzi inaccessbility which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Locks will be added to latches to securely provide inaccessbility, pictures will be sent to LPA Calderon
