BRITT FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation fire extinguisher had a service tag dated Aug 2023, picture taken, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] fire ext. that does not meet State Fire Marshall which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will get the fire extinguisher serviced and up to date by POC due date.

Based on observation LPA Calderon observed child #4 with an attached pacifier during nap time sleeping in the play pen, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] person which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee during LPA Calderon's visit observed licensee removing attachment pacifer off, and provided child #4 with the pacifier alone, LPA provided regualtion to review 102425 Infant Safe Sleep, Licensee will write a statement stating she reviewed infant regulations to be submitted by poc due date.

Based on LPA Calderon's observation during staff record review, Staff #2 did not have mandated reporter training on file, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] person which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will have staff #2 conduct mandated reporter training and submit certificate to LPA Calderon as proof, by poc due date.

Based on LPA Calderon observation during record review did not observe Child #4 LIC9227, Indiv. Infant Sleep Plan, Per Licensee interview stated will have for completed and placed in child's records, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [1] out of [1] person which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit to LPA Calderon LIC9227 Sleep Plan to LPA by poc due date.

Based on record review and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above: Licensee could not provide current Mandated Reporter which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of current Mandated reporter training via email by POC due date of 09/07/23.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's CPR and First Aid training expired. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of current in person CPR and First Aid training via email by POC due date of 09/07/23.
