Based on interview, and record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 15 mintue sleep were not being documentated for infants in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she thought infants over 1 year and 6 months were not required to document 15 mintue sleep logs. Licensee will provide a copy of two days worth of sleep logs to the LPA via email by 09/19/2025.
